Do you ship to the United Kingdom?

Yes, we ship all orders directly from our Austrian warehouse to addresses across the United Kingdom.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery to the UK typically takes 3–5 working days (excluding processing time). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee of a flat rate of £2.95 are calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for current offers.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Absolutely. You can return unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How do I request a return?

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Tiny Baby store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If your product arrives damaged, please email us at info@tinybaby.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
