Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your ordered toys must be in the same condition that you received them in—good condition, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps to initiate the return process

  • To start a return, you can contact us at info@tinybaby.uk with the name of the product, your order number, and the reason for the return (optional).
  • After your return has been approved, a Return Authorization Number will be issued to you and instructions on how and where to send your return.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Grubbauer 30/2, Rettenegg, 8674, Austria.
  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by Tiny Baby; a shipping label will be sent to you after your return has been approved (via download and print).
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and process a replacement or a full refund. You will be requested to send picture evidence of damage or the incorrect order.

Exchanges

There is a 30-day window (from the date you receive your order) to exchange an item for a different item, size, color, or style, subject to the availability of the item. Only products in good condition are eligible for exchange. Please, contact our customer support by email (info@tinybaby.uk) to request an exchange with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about an order, you will need to return it in its original, good condition and within 30 days of receipt of receiving the order. 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please, contact our customer support within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel your order.
